Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
Manufacturing Defects: Returns are accepted only in the case of a verified manufacturing issue.
Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 72 hours of the delivery date. Requests made after this 72-hour window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or refund.
Product Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging along with all tags and invoice.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team via email(contact@dearmuse.com)/Instagram DM with:
1 Your Order ID.
2 Clear photographs or a short video highlighting the manufacturing defect.
Refund Process & Timelines
Once we receive your returned package at our facility and it passes our quality inspection, your full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Payment Methods
Depending on your original mode of payment, your refund will be handled as follows:
For Prepaid Orders: The full amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Once we receive and verify the return package, our team will email you to request your bank account details for a direct transfer.
Alternative Option: Instead of a bank transfer, you can opt to receive a Cash Voucher/Store Coupon of the equivalent value, which you can use for your next purchase with us.
4. Refund Timeline
All approved refunds will be credited or issued within 7 working days from the day we receive the returned product back at our warehouse.
Please Note: Dear Muse reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of wear, intentional damage, or does not match the manufacturing defect reported.
